Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Beyond The Body is aware of possible risks to both parties in any transactions using credit or debit cards to make purchases online, for this reason we can receive card payments via Paypal.What if I don’t have a paypal account?

How do I purchase then?
Just add whatever items you require to your shopping cart, at completion you will be given the option to choose ‘don’t have paypal account’ you will then be take to a secure online payment form to complete your purchase.

To make a purchase : Click the PayPal 'Add to Basket' button relating to the product you want. Click 'YES' when prompted by Paypal to "display secure items" to view your basket. Check the Item Name and the Quantity are correct. Then either Continue viewing the site so you can maybe add more and checkout later, or proceed to checkout.
The cost of Postage and Packing will added to your product total on the checkout page and indicated as you are selecting your products. Prices are based on Royal Mail postal rates and calculated on the value of your order. Overseas orders will be sent via airmail to ensure the shortest possible delivery time.
You will be emailed within 24 hours of the despatch date. Should any item you have ordered be temporarily out of stock, we will inform you via email & you will not be charged for that item. We will inform you with an anticipated despatch date for that item and await your confirmation.
We guarantee your total satisfaction with all our products. If your package has been damaged in the post, a full refund or replacement will be given, provided you notify us within 48hours of receipt informing us of the problem via email, see contact us. Due to the nature of BTB products opened/used products cannot be replaced.
Personal requested blends are only subject to replacement if damaged in the post.
This would be unusual if you are ordering within the UK/Europe, countries outside may expect a 7 –10 day delivery time. I try to dispatch any orders within 24hours of purchase.
