Esoteric Meaning of Easter

In our society today the holiday of Easter has lost much of its real significance. The religious value of Easter, which celebrates the resurrection of Jesus Christ, is formalised by those of the Christian faith into a partially wrote learned experience that is habitually practised each year. How many really contemplate the deeper, spiritual, symbolic and esoteric meaning of this celebration/ceremony?
As with many other holidays (holy-days) it has become commercialized, with most of those participating having little or no connection to anything other than chocolate or presents at Christmas (Christ – mas) The Easter egg in itself holds tremendous symbolism of new life, and that is what this piece is looking to help explore a little deeper! We have to create the perfect environment for the ‘egg’ to grow. The fertilisation of the masculine (yang) & feminine (yin) come together to begin this embryonic creation. We too must merge the masculine & feminine in union each time we endeavour to create new life for ourselves. This egg is very fragile and requires care, patience, trust and faith to assist its development. The new life waiting to emerge is a symbol of hope of new beginnings.   But for new beginnings the old must die away.

The Holy Week: The holy week culminating on Easter Sunday symbolizes more than the trials (the dark night of the soul, the battle between ego and divine selves) Christ too had these battles, beginning in the desert, the 40 days and nights ( practised as lent) the period of giving up, sacrificing something that holds great pleasure, generally great pleasure to the personality/ego self & the physical body! Here the Angelic Gem Elixir, Shatter Your Illusions will be a powerful assistant in breaking through & breaking down the energetic strucures holding them in place. Angel Nisroc, the angel of Freedom, freedom from the illusion will be on hand to hold you lovingly through this phase. It is symbolic of the temptation Jesus experienced in the desert, represented by the 'devil'. Maybe this symbolic ‘devil’ is a metaphor for the ego, tempting us with all the illusions! It was this journey to go within, to seek divine assistance through the temptations of the illusions of the ego that I understand as the esoteric meaning of this phase of Easter.

The crucifixion, is symbolic of Surrender the surrender of illusion, the ego as controller, the body as all! We must go through the fear and deep, deep pain of symbolic crucifixion & death to allow the attachments we hold to the physical body & mind to access the 'eye of the needle' to the 'house of many mansions'.

Angel Zachrael is our guide through this phase, and the Angelic Elixir Divine Surrender will intensify this union. It must be relinquished as the God to move through and into the phase of resurrection. Here Arch Angel Gabriel is our loving support, the Angelic Elixir - The Cycle of Being once more will intensify this process into the radiance of our True Christ/Divine Self. Here the use of Angelic Gem Elixir Divine Unity with the assistance of Angel Metatron, angel of thought & Angel Shekinah, angel of Unity come to assist in the unification of the personal & Divine minds.
Each and every one of us must make this journey! We do make this journey many, many times throughout our lives it is only with conscious awareness of the illusion, the deepest intention for Union does it become a celebration of our spiritual growth instead of an avoidance of challenges of the ego. This journey can be accomplished during life and not left to the point we all reach, physical deterioration/death, if & when we have the courage to become a spiritual seeker and spiritual warrior.

Jesus Christ was the man that went through this process to its fullest degree to show us all it is possible to move through the illusion and embody the Cosmic Fire, ' Fohat' of the Divine, enabling us all to embody the Truth of the teachings of the Christ consciousness. It is only through the cosmic fire of transformation can we emerge into the Union of the Divine. Nathaniel is our Angel of assistance through the many, many fires of transformation. Nathaniel means “gift of God” this gift of cosmic fire comes to assist us to transform consciousness, releasing the limiting self of the personality/ego with all its fears to our Eternal Self that utilises the personality/ego to be the vehicle for the expression of the Divine. Angel Nathaniel is the guardian of Cosmic Fire, the Fohat.  

“Fohat is a Tibetan term for the energetic or motion aspect of the Supreme Spirit. Every form of life is made up of a certain grade of matter expressing a certain degree of consciousness, and the connecting link between the two is the vital force of Fohat. It links spirit and matter, subject to object. The primordial/Eternal/One, is formless, it is Fohat which translates or rather transforms the universal, archetypal ideas into various forms at various levels and becomes the guiding force.” (Fohat The Great Transfomer - THE THEOSOPHICAL MOVEMENT, March 1964) I would express that consciousness is a certain degree of consciousness expressing itself as a particular grade of matter, as matter is epiphenomenal (secondary) to consciousness.

Cosmic Christ, is not of time or of the three-dimensional universe. The Cosmic Christ is the Sacred Fire, the Cosmic Sacred Fire. The great master Jesus earned the title of Christ because he was one of the few who incarnated the Cosmic Christ within Himself.

This Cosmic Fire, The Sacred Fire of the Cosmic Christ is not the same fire that burns of our earth. Rather it is the esoteric aspect of fire, the Astral Fire, the Flame of Flames, the Violet Flame. The cosmic Fire is the fire of the Spirit (The Holy Spirit in scripture) that comes to transform the chaotic matter, igniting the spark of God within us. It has the power to create atoms and universes, also to dissolve them. It is the breath of Life, the breathe of the Creator, not the Creator. The Divine, God, Brahman, Ein sof (Kabbalah), The Source, the Field of Pure Potentiality, the Ground of Being, there are many more names given to that which is unnameable, this is the Creator.

The Cosmic Fire is guarded and bestowed by the Angel Nathaniel as a gift from God. It is the power to transform. Only our intention or avoidance to access this will either leads us through the fires of transformation to Self realisation or keep us in the illuison. It is by means of this Fire that we may BE-COME Christ consciousness.

INRI...And so Christ is the fire; that is why on the cross you will see the four letters: "INRI" one of the translations means "Ignis natura Renovatur Integram" which means "Fire unceasingly renews nature” although you may be interested to explore this for yourself to see what it means to you.

The Symbolism of Fire: Now you will begin to understand why there is the symbolism of fire throughout spiritual text from all back grounds and a fascination amongst humans, from the very first spark that transformed the life man walking this earth from that very day! There Many different interpretations of the same Source, none wrong or right all just endeavouring to explain the experience of God. Our understanding of the esoteric significance of fire, can assist our spiritual journies and there are many paths to the top of the mountain.

Kundalini yoga is just one pathway to igniting this fire within.  Kundalini awakening is experienced as a kriyas, the burning off and transmutation of the denseness of 'matter' through the release at the Root chakra at the base of the spine. This can be a very frightening experience if it happens without any understanding, insight and soul connection. The power of this experience for me, and those present, was phenomenal.

This begins a process of transformation through the further 6 centres to align them with the Higher Crown for the downward causation of consciousness as the primary creator of life, (quantum terminology) the descension arc of the God Ladder, (the map of the Journey to the mind of God ~ Dr Judith Larkin Reno - The University of Higher Consciousness), or of the Holy Spirit into manifestation through the physical, mental and emotional bodies into Blessed Ordinariness. In the classical literature of Kashmir Shaivism kundalini is described in three different manifestations. The first of these is as the universal energy or para-kundalini. The second of these is as the energizing function of the body-mind complex or prana-kundalini. The third of these is as consciousness or shakti-kundalini which simultaneously subsumes and intermediates between these two. Ultimately these three forms are the same but understanding these three different forms will help to understand the different manifestations of kundalini, and their purpose on our journey to Squaring The Circle ~ the quest to raise matter into spirit & bring spirit into matter!.
