I began to experience prompts before I walked head on into yet another disastrous situation. Since then I have finely tuned my intuition, enabling me to be more present in my life much more of the time. For all of my remembered life, I have been questioning life, as a child I would naturally contemplate the nature of existence, I had many experiences of my divinity through feeling a safeness and closeness to the Christ, the angels and energies of other dimensions. With all this ‘support’ how then did I feel so lonely, insignificant, unloved and unheard in my earthly life? The deep pain and sadness I carried throughout my life was to be my guiding light on my journey from separation to wholeness.
I now know this to
be my spark of Divinity, the individualised fragment of
the Divine that had separated to become Karen so that
I could learn to know the beauty of existence, my existence.
I have studied esoteric
spirituality, metaphysics, which is the understanding,
experience and application of universal laws and principles
to practical life. I began, or so I thought when I joined
a meditation and spiritual development group in 1993,
just going on blind trust and faith that this would ease
some of the pain, sadness, anger and frustration I carried
in everyday life. This experience was deeply profound,
sometimes scary but amazingly exhilirating & exciting.
I began to develop a strong connection to one of my spirit
guides, Red Cloud, although at this time I did not have
a name for him, it was a process of 5 years meditation
before he gave me his name.
From here he guided me to begin the study of the human
body, the physiology of health/illness. The more I explored
the more I wanted to learn how we work, it became a driving
force, a passion so important that this drive and motivation
just grew and grew, my questioning was not now just “who
am I?” but HOW was constantly present. For all the
wonderful experiences in meditation, channelling, study
there was always a desire so strong to pursue the HOWS
of existence. At each juncture the course I needed would
present itself, along with the money.... I was a single
mother living on the breadline. The more I trusted the
more opportunities presented themselves!!!!
During this period
I also began the study of Complementary Therapies, essential
oils, reflexology, acupressure, in fact any therapies
that called me and connected with energy and vibration
(although at that time I was only just opening up to the
world as ‘energy’). I was slowly noticing
that for me in this search everything was finding it’s
way to a source, an energy, but what was this energy?
The more I searched the more I was finding that scientifically
it looked to be the consciousness’ that was being
researched by many scientists and that this consciousness
to me felt like the energy of a Divine, so was this consciousness
the Love that mystics, Buddha, Jesus spoke of ? I automatically
and very naturally began to read and study physics, quantum
physics, finding that more and more orthordox physicians
were crossing over into what was being called energy medicine!
So, it had begun…… my journey exploring the
spirit and soul, the body and mind. I began a 4-year soul-based
counselling program with a wonderful mentor, Marilyn Feldberg,
she was assisted by amazing colleagues, all who brought
their individuality to the process of this course. This
culminated in a European Diploma in therapeutic Psychosynthesis
Counselling. I have been deeply honoured and extremely
privileged to learn from many wise and loving fellow travellers
on this journey towards wholeness. To you all I give thanks.
Whilst working at an alcohol and drug charity I was privileged
to be able to pursue aromatherapy in more depth by undertaking
a clinical diploma in therapeutic aromatherapy incorporating
oriental diagnosis and the 5 element model – this
is the model used in all forms of eastern medicine which
married perfectly with everything that was unfolding in
my questioning of life.
My passion has not
waned, now it is not only directed towards my own healing
and realisation of my fullest potential, but has developed
to now allow me the privilege of assisting others in finding
the stepping stones in their journey of self discovery.
I grow in recognition that this is an ongoing process
and experience, and that my life will be an ongoing amazing
journey of discovery! I am now deeply committed to assisting
others to realise their fullest potential through experiencing
life from the perspective of being the Creator and not
the casualty of their lives, and offer assistance, inspiration,
information and I pray, wisdom to create the changes they
desire. I aim to empower others to trust themselves and
use their innate abilities so they can step out of their
ruts and stasis to lead more meaningful and joyful lives.
My passion and motivation is now directed towards developing
our Higher Mind and consciousness through an understanding
of life on many levels. I do this through blending the
knowledge and wisdom of the sages and mystics of the ancient
worlds with today’s pioneering scientific explorers
at the frontiers in physics, energy medicine, meditation
and consciousness study.

and workshops I offer are not a quick fix solution for
your problems, illnesses or issues. Your healing process
is ultimately your personal responsibility, it is not
up to anyone else to make you feel, or be better. We are
all here on our own journeys towards health and wholeness.
We are able to offer each other assistance, support and
love. This is what I offer you.... a space of peace, clarity
and safety for you to discover your true identity and
purpose you are here to realise. Through the use of the
treatments, therapies, products and workshops you will
begin to decipher your purpose, as you do so this will
manifest in positive health and life choices, illnesses
and situations that have been challenging with begin to
dissolve, and in it’s place I hope ultimately you
will begin to find your true, authentic Self & purpose.
The nature of my working process enables me to work with
clients carrying the many sufferings of the human condition
be these physical, emotional & psychological &
spiritual.
We are all individual
fragments of the Divine. Your life here on earth is to
honour the discovery of your Truth and bring this into
manifestation on this planet. With assistance from Divine
Beings you will to discover your own inner guidance –
your Soul voice and the voices of the many guides and
inspirers who have been assigned to you on your journey
to wholeness.
I work only in resonance
with the Divine Christ consciousness. Acting as a conduit
for this frequency I facilitate an oscillation and transformation
multi – dimensionally. I pray for Divine assistance
in the process that is to occur, asking that only the
Divine will be done in accordance Your healing process.
I ask you to also begin to ask for Divine will to be done
in your process assisting the breaking down of the ego/personality
will. In all of this we have free will to choose, it is
not my place or that of any of your guides or helpers
to impose anything upon you, your calling us into your
life for assistance is just that, assistance. Myself or
any information from your guides to you will never be
demanding, judgemental, derogatory, or fear based, as
we are all individual aspects of the One, the service
provided by our guides and helpers not only assists our
evolution but in turn theirs also.
