An holistic therapeutic approach means all parts of the individual, not just the physical aspect, are considered. Although it may very well be the physical aspect of the person that seems to be 'ill' when discomfort or pain are present, the mental, emotional & spiritual aspects of ourselves can also tell a story and can indicate when imbalance in any of these systems is present. This view of a person being made up of many aspects is the foundation for a truly holistic evaluation. Using all the information gathered during the consultation, an individual treatment plan will be formulated for ongoing treatments, and if you so choose, you can experience treatments incorporating all aspects of who you are, or alternatively just focus on one.
Initial Consultation - Please allow 30 minutes additional time for the first session. Using Traditional Chinese Medicine (5 Elements system), plus my experience working with Energy Medicine and Intuition, a precise care package will be designed, to work specifically with and conditions / symptoms, enabling your goals to unfold. The physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual aspects are all considered in this approach.

Working on the upper back, neck, scalp & face with a blend of specific organic essential oils of the purest energetic quality. Beginning with Champi head massage, a soothing shoulder, neck and face massage with a gentle blend of organic essential oils, coming to completion with a blissful aromatic reflexology foot massage. Reflexology with Accupressue Treatment
Combining the ancient Arts of Accupressure & Reflexology this session deepens the process when working on specific points on the feet. Each reflex point corresponds to specific internal organ systems whilst the accupressure points worked in this treatment will acitvate releasing, dispersing or invigorating & energising at an emotional & psychological levels. Aromatic Reflexology
