PMA creates clarity and empowerment through awareness. With consistent practice you will learn to master the turbulence of your inner world and create a space in each moment for the observation & reflection of your inner reactions to your external environment giving you the freedom of choice to change reactions that cause you stress and emotional disturbance. PMA meditation presents you with the opportunity towards tremendous personal & spiritual growth. With a deepening sense of self trust , you will grow in confidence, positivity and creativity. Your life will begin to take on a sense of ease and clarity.

Angelic Guidance and Healing sessions
An amazing session of guidance to assist you in heightening awareness and focus around an issue or situation that is presently keeping you stuck in your life. With gentle exploration of your obstacle you can explore and reflect on your feelings and recurring patterns of behaviour. You will arrive at a place where your Highest Awareness will connect to your Angelic Guide/s who are there to offer you clarity, comfort and insight to your pain. Your session will conclude with a profoundly gentle releasing and soothing healing session. You will leave with tools to assist you in finding ongoing insight, peace and comfort between sessions. working in conjunction with Dr Kimberly Marooneys' Angel Blessing & Angel Love Oracle cards.
